When an itinerary requires additional discretion, the roles must remain clear. You or your appointed security team define the protective framework. Platinum Shuttle provides the chauffeur, vehicle and operational transport within that framework.
We coordinate pickup points, timing, contacts and seating with the information provided to us. We do not replace a security assessment or independently design a protection concept.
Close protection remains a separate service
If close protection is required, we either coordinate with the team appointed by you or introduce a qualified security provider with whom we work. The partner provides and remains responsible for the protection service; Platinum Shuttle coordinates the mobility interfaces. Availability and scope are confirmed individually.

Where a close protection officer or security team is involved, we coordinate the vehicle, seating, handover points and operational communication with the nominated contacts.

No. Close protection is a separate service and is not provided by Platinum Shuttle itself. We either coordinate with the protection team appointed by you or, upon request, introduce a qualified security provider with whom we work. That partner remains independently responsible for delivering the protection service; availability and scope are confirmed individually.
Yes, provided the vehicle size and passenger count allow it. Please tell us the planned party in advance so that seating, luggage and vehicle class can be considered appropriately.
Armoured vehicles are not part of our regular fleet. If one is required, we can review a solution through a specialised provider on request. Vehicle, chauffeur and availability are confirmed separately.
For an initial review, we need the date, time window, pickup points, passenger count, preferred vehicle class and an authorised contact. Specific requirements or contact details for a security team can then be added confidentially.
Confidentiality begins with your initial enquiry. We process details about passengers, routes and schedules for clearly defined purposes and only to the extent required to review, prepare and carry out the assignment. Access within our booking and dispatch system is limited to the people involved. We do not discuss passengers or assignments. Please enquire as early as possible. Where additional coordination, several vehicles or external security services are required, review and planning need more lead time. Short-notice requests are considered only where capacity is available.
