Security driving for executives in Berlin

Discreet chauffeur mobility, prepared around your itinerary and coordinated with your security or close protection team.

OUR ROLE

Mobility within a defined security framework

When an itinerary requires additional discretion, the roles must remain clear. You or your appointed security team define the protective framework. Platinum Shuttle provides the chauffeur, vehicle and operational transport within that framework.

We coordinate pickup points, timing, contacts and seating with the information provided to us. We do not replace a security assessment or independently design a protection concept.

Close protection remains a separate service

If close protection is required, we either coordinate with the team appointed by you or introduce a qualified security provider with whom we work. The partner provides and remains responsible for the protection service; Platinum Shuttle coordinates the mobility interfaces. Availability and scope are confirmed individually.

COORDINATION

Clear roles and short communication paths

The more sensitive the itinerary, the more important it is that responsibilities and communication are defined before the first pickup.

Defined itinerary

You or your security team provide times, pickup points, contacts and specific requirements. We prepare the chauffeur assignment on that basis.

Direct point of contact

One agreed communication channel consolidates changes and questions. The chauffeur receives only the information required to carry out the journey.

Coordination with the protection team

Where a close protection officer or security team is involved, we coordinate the vehicle, seating, handover points and operational communication with the nominated contacts.

Discreet execution

Unmarked vehicles, discreet chauffeurs and short communication paths help ensure that the transport itself does not become a public matter.

TYPICAL ASSIGNMENTS

When discretion shapes the itinerary

Security-focused chauffeur transport is not limited to one type of passenger. What matters is a defined itinerary, clear contacts and a discreet operational setting.

Board and management schedules

Journeys between hotel, company location, conference and evening appointment, prepared around the defined schedule.

Delegations and institutional appointments

Discreet mobility for guests with defined protocols, nominated contacts and coordinated handovers.

Public appearances and events

Planned arrivals and departures for events, premieres or appointments attracting increased public attention.

Private journeys requiring additional discretion

Discreetly organised journeys for individuals or families where particularly direct communication is preferred.

SELECTED VEHICLES

The right vehicle for the travelling party

The vehicle is selected according to passenger numbers, protective requirements, luggage and the desired level of presence. The highest class is not automatically the most suitable choice.

ENQUIRY AND PROCESS

Personally coordinated from the outset

Security-focused journeys are reviewed personally rather than booked through the standard configurator. The initial details are sufficient for us to assess the assignment and coordinate the next steps.

Date, expected itinerary, passenger count, contacts and known security requirements are sufficient for an initial review.

Coordinate vehicle and interfaces

We confirm the vehicle, chauffeur, communication channel and handovers with any security team involved.

Carry out the assignment discreetly

On the day, our team follows the provided itinerary and remains available for operational changes through the agreed contact.

CONFIDENTIAL ENQUIRY

Discuss your requirements personally

Send us the known details by email or call us. We will respond through the agreed contact channel after reviewing the request.
