For your booking, we need the start time, planned duration, starting point, approximate operating area and any stops already known. This creates a reliable framework in which your chauffeur can respond to timing changes without every individual journey having to be fixed in advance.

If a departure shifts or an additional stop is added, we adjust the schedule within the booked time and agreed operating area.
More Flexibility with Full-Day Bookings
For a standard hourly booking, extensions depend on subsequent availability. For a full-day booking, we plan with greater flexibility from the outset. We agree the possible framework with you in advance.

You reserve a vehicle with chauffeur for an agreed duration. A fixed destination does not need to be known when you begin your enquiry. Within the booked time, several stops, waiting periods and journeys can be combined into one continuous schedule. We coordinate the intended schedule and operating area with you in advance.
A transfer primarily connects a defined pickup point with a destination. With an hourly booking, the chauffeur and vehicle remain available for the agreed duration. This is useful when several appointments, stops or a later return journey belong together.
The price and minimum booking duration depend on the vehicle class. Both are shown with the vehicles on this page. During the booking process, you will see the price calculated for your selection before submitting your enquiry.
Changes within the booked time and agreed operating area are generally possible. Your chauffeur and our dispatch team take traffic, driving times, access points and subsequent commitments into account. We briefly coordinate larger changes with you.
If the chauffeur and vehicle remain available afterwards, the booking can be extended by agreement. Additional time for hourly bookings is charged in full hours. We are therefore happy to check a short-notice extension, but cannot guarantee it in advance.
Depending on availability, different Mercedes-Benz vehicle classes are available. The E-Class or S-Class suit individual guests, while the V-Class is appropriate for several passengers and additional luggage. We are happy to check further classes for your occasion.
Yes. Please share the approximate daily schedule, planned stops and desired time window. This allows us to plan the vehicle, chauffeur and standby period realistically for the complete assignment.
For regular online enquiries, please allow at least 48 hours' notice. We recommend enquiring earlier for weekends, events and particularly sought-after vehicle classes. If your requested start time is closer, please call us and we will personally check whether short-notice capacity is available.
