The foundation remains the same personal chauffeur service. The executive service places greater emphasis on prepared appointment sequences, clearly designated contacts, discreet communication and coordination with assistants, protocol teams or support already involved.
The cost depends on duration, route, vehicle class, number of vehicles and the required standby period. Clearly defined individual journeys can be quoted at a fixed price, while hourly, full-day and recurring assignments are calculated individually. We confirm the complete price before booking.
For an hourly or full-day booking, we generally schedule one vehicle and the same chauffeur for the agreed period, provided the scope and permitted duty times allow it. This enables several stops to be covered without separate bookings.
Changes can be passed to our dispatch team through the contact agreed in advance. Within the booked period and operational possibilities, we adjust pickup points and the order of stops accordingly.
Yes. Where an assistant, protocol contact or security professional is already involved, we coordinate the pickup points, boarding arrangements and communication channels relevant to our chauffeur service with the designated people.
We use unbranded vehicles without advertising and limit communication to the people required for the assignment. An individual confidentiality agreement can also be arranged on request.
Yes. In addition to individual assignments, we can coordinate recurring journeys or regularly required full-day arrangements. Terms, billing and contacts are defined according to the actual requirements.
It is advisable to enquire as soon as the appointments and time windows are known, particularly for full-day arrangements, several vehicles or specific vehicle classes. We review shorter-notice requests personally; fulfilment then depends on available vehicles, chauffeurs and the planned schedule.
