Kay Schaller and Maximilian Pohl shape the standards of the house personally: in dispatch, in preparation, in direct contact with guests and executive offices — and, to this day, behind the wheel. Our benchmark is not utilisation, but reliability. We plan every journey around how the day actually unfolds: flight times, schedule changes, experience, safety margins and individual preferences. Many situations are accounted for before they arise.

Owner & Managing Director
Kay Schaller founded Platinum Shuttle in 2016 with the ambition of creating a chauffeur service that does not feel like a vehicle fleet, but like a personally led premium service.
He is responsible for the fleet, quality and the relationships with many long-standing regular guests. He knows their requirements, their preferred routines and the details that make a journey genuinely comfortable. For him, every journey is the calling card of the house.
Maximilian Pohl
Managing Director
Maximilian Pohl leads operational planning at Platinum Shuttle. He is responsible for dispatch, route logic and the precise preparation of demanding travel days.
He thinks processes through in advance, builds in reserves where experience calls for them, and ensures that even last-minute changes are carried out in a controlled manner. He, too, is regularly out on the road himself — close to the guest, close to the company's standards.

Like a boutique hotel, we deliberately limit our capacity. A small, carefully curated fleet and a fixed team of chauffeurs allow us to maintain a level of attention that larger providers cannot offer.
Every journey is prepared individually — not processed according to a template. We know the preferences of our regular guests, coordinate directly with executive assistants and adapt to changes in your schedule at short notice. The result is a service that functions as an extension of your own organisation.
Our Fleet
Handpicked and distinguished
Every vehicle features generous rear compartments, executive seating, Wi-Fi and USB-C charging. Chilled water and selected refreshments are always on board.
Through our partner network we also provide Mercedes-Benz E-Class and BMW 7 Series. For events and group transfers, additional capacity is available at short notice.

Discreet and attentive
Our chauffeurs are more than drivers. They are experienced professionals who know Berlin's streets, read situations intuitively and maintain composure even under time pressure. Many are multilingual and have years of experience with international guests.

Individual chauffeur mobility causes emissions. We do not present it as emission-free. Instead, we document vehicle-specific data where available, handle orders and invoices digitally and select the vehicle class according to the actual requirements of each journey.
