The service includes the coordinated chauffeur journey to or from the confirmed handover point at the FBO or private aviation terminal. Depending on the booking, we connect the transfer with a hotel, business appointment, event or a subsequent hourly or full-day arrangement.
The precise meeting point depends on the airport, FBO, handler and local access rules. We confirm the handover point before the journey. Pickup directly at the aircraft is only possible where the respective location explicitly permits it.
Our focus is Berlin and Brandenburg, particularly BER and Schönhagen airfield. We review transfers at other business aviation locations individually based on route, access and availability.
We monitor the supplied flight data and take visible changes into account in our dispatch planning. Please also inform us or the agreed contact of short-notice operational changes so that we can adjust the timing within the available framework.

The price depends on the route, vehicle class, waiting or standby time and the coordination required at the location. Once the details have been reviewed, you receive a complete quotation before booking.
Yes. The transfer can continue as an hourly or full-day booking. The required period and intended stops should be provided in advance so that the vehicle and chauffeur can be scheduled accordingly.
We recommend enquiring as soon as the flight time and FBO are known. Apron access, several vehicles or extended standby require additional lead time for everyone involved. We review shorter-notice requests personally but cannot guarantee fulfilment in every case.
