Questions about event shuttle service in Berlin
Pricing depends on the number and class of vehicles, service duration, routes, waiting times and the required level of dispatch support. Once we have the initial details, you receive a transparent individual proposal. Event transport is deliberately not priced as a standard flat-rate service.
As soon as the date, venue and an initial framework are known. More notice is advisable for multiple vehicles, large events or specific vehicle requests. We are happy to review short-notice enquiries, but confirmation remains subject to available capacity.
Yes. Depending on the scope, we combine vehicles from our own fleet with carefully selected partner capacity. Vehicle classes, quality standards and contacts are agreed in advance.

A nominated contact can pass operational changes to our dispatch team. We inform the affected chauffeurs and adjust pickup times, waiting points or vehicle sequences within the agreed scope and available capacity.

Yes. For recurring journeys between hotels, venues, parking areas or additional programme locations, we can provide a scheduled or demand-led shuttle loop. Vehicle numbers, frequency and standby periods depend on guest numbers, routes, access conditions and the schedule provided by the organiser.
Event Service covers mobility around an event and its guests. Our trade fair shuttle is specifically designed for exhibition grounds, stand teams and trade visitors. Roadshow Service, by contrast, supports tightly scheduled meeting programmes with a consistent chauffeur setup wherever possible.
