The term limousine is often used for very different products. At Platinum Shuttle, it means a current Mercedes-Benz premium saloon with a professional chauffeur — discreetly presented, neutrally branded and prepared for the agreed journey.
We do not provide stretch limousines, party vehicles or self-drive rentals. Limousine service and chauffeur service follow the same standards with us; hourly booking merely describes the booking framework when the vehicle should remain available for longer.

No. Platinum Shuttle provides classic Mercedes-Benz chauffeur-driven limousines, not stretch limousines or party vehicles. Our service is intended for guests who value a calm, high-quality and personal journey.
Yes. For dinners, events or several stops, the limousine can remain available as an hourly chauffeur booking. The minimum booking duration and price depend on the selected vehicle class.
Yes. A pickup at BER can be connected with a hotel, dinner, event or business appointment. Classic airport pickups follow the meeting point, flight tracking and waiting time arrangements of our airport transfer service.
As soon as the date, approximate time and preferred vehicle class are known. Additional notice is advisable for the S-Class, Maybach, events and weekends. We are happy to review short-notice enquiries, but confirmation remains subject to available capacity.
Yes. Our vehicles are exclusively provided with a professional chauffeur. Self-drive rental is not available.
