BER Chauffeur Pickup: Meeting Point, Flight Status and Waiting Time
A well-prepared airport pickup begins before landing. We require the flight number, travel date, guest name, destination, passenger numbers and luggage. These details allow us to coordinate the vehicle class, pickup time and meeting point. The service itself is described on Airport Transfer Berlin; this guide explains the on-site procedure.
Understanding Terminals 1 and 2
All BER arrivals and departures use Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. The buildings are directly adjacent. Terminal 2 has no separate vehicle forecourt, so the pickup is prepared through the appropriate Terminal 1 areas or nearby car parks. Current BER or airline flight information remains decisive.
How the pickup works
- You provide flight number, guest details, destination and luggage.
- Dispatch checks the current arrival terminal.
- The meeting point is confirmed before the journey.
- The chauffeur receives the information required for the pickup.
- After the personal welcome, the guest is accompanied to the prepared vehicle.
Where flight information changes, dispatch can review the itinerary against the available status. A new landing time does not automatically replace every individual arrangement.
Waiting time, luggage and particular requirements
The current waiting-time rules are set out in our booking conditions. Additional time may be required when baggage delivery or immigration takes longer, or when the meeting point changes. Please mention child seats, bulky luggage or assistance requirements with the enquiry.
